Three years ago I decided to start growing my own grapes for the use in making wine.  I bought commercial maiden vines and rods and planted them on my allotment.  last year with the use of some grapes from a friend and a minimum crop of my grapes, I managed to produce 16 bottle of home made white wine.

I also made my own cider for the first time.

I keep bees that produce honey and make Mead
